As we aim to ship your order asap, it’s often a little difficult to change this. Email us at support@networkonair.com quoting your order number, your old and new address and we’ll try our best to get this resolved. If the order has not already shipped, we can amend the order. If it has, please arrange the unopened return to us we can look into a refund or re-order for you.
