There are various reasons why you order might arrived incomplete:
Out of stock items: Check the delivery note inside your delivered order, it specifies if an item is out of stock. In this case we will send the item automatically to you as soon as it is back in stock.
Pre-order items: Please check the product page to confirm the release date of the title, items will be shipped at a future date.
Please note our terms and conditions allow 28 days for delivery. If the item is missing from the delivery note, please email us at support@networkonair.com quoting your order number and detailing which item is missing.
