We will keep you updated on the status of your order via automated email. An email will be sent when your order is confirmed, and another email will be sent when your order is shipped. When an item has been shipped, as per our terms and conditions, please allow 28 days for delivery. Customers should allow for potential delays over bank holidays, Easter and Christmas holidays.
To reduce shipping costs for our customers, most orders are not sent via a tracked service. If you have not received your order after 28 days, please email us.
Large orders over 1kg will be sent by a tracked delivery service and will incur an additional shipping costs. Tracking information for these orders is available by viewing the order in your the order history of your account, please see the video below for steps on doing this. Alternatively please email us and we will send you the tracking information.
If your item is a preorder, or contains a preorder title, this item will be shipped the Friday before the release date.
